Cherry Blossoms

The cherry blossoms, or Sakura, which is the national flower of Japan, denotes a period of rebirth and hope. The pink accents signal the end of winter and the start of spring. I painted it during some rainy days to escape the dreadful weather we had this winter and it worked - I was fully in the moment, I love it when that happened.
